You must be over the age of 18 with a valid ID to receive a Permanent makeup service or Tiny Tattoo appointment.

  • No extra guests at all. This includes children and pets. Please make arrangements prior to your permanent makeup service. Failure to do so will result in rescheduling of appointment and deposit will be forfeited.

Masks are optional, they are suggested but not required.

Contraindications

If you have any of the following you may not be a good candidate for the following treatments:

  • Under 18 years of age
  • Pregnant or Breastfeeding
  • Allergies to topical anesthetics such as lidocaine 
  • Keloid Scarring
  • Facial Psoriasis or eczema near the treatment area
  • Have any serious health medical conditions effecting your health (may need doctor clearance).
  • Accutane in the last year
  • Chemical peels within last few months
  • Diabetes, Chemotherapy, High Blood Pressure (must be under control BP) (Please consult with doctor. You will require a doctor's note.) 
  • If you have had Botox in the last 2 weeks
  • Use of blood thinners

Deposits

A $50 deposit is required to book and confirm every new PMU appointment.

This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your session. The deposit can be sent through Zelle or Venmo ONCE artist confirms appointment.

We also require a credit card number to hold appointment no exceptions. The card will only be charged in cases of a no show or cancellation within the 48 hour window.

All appointments and booking deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

RESCHEDULES made within 48 hours of appointment will be charged $100. The max is 2 schedules allowed.

All cancellations within less than 48 hours will be charged 50% of service, no exceptions on this.

Any no call no shows will automatically be charged 100% of service cost. Prices may be subject to change at any time at any time without notice.

Results

All healed results can vary depending on each client. We have no control over what happens once client leaves our facility. Aftercare instructions will be provided and shall be followed. Failure to do so may cause unsatisfactory results. This is a 2-step process so 2 appointments are required. The next appointment will be booked anywhere from 6-8 weeks after initial appointment. These specific procedures are not intended to replace traditional makeup, but to enhance a person’s features. All risks and uncertainty of the process involved in any form of cosmetic tattooing and Permanent makeup will be agreed upon and understood by both parties before booking.

If professional artist feels as though that the decision for this service is based on pure impulse or even great uncertainty the permanent makeup artist may have the right to refuse service to anyone and therefore the deposit will be forfeited.

Touch ups

Should be 6-8 weeks following initial service. If for any reason an appointment is scheduled later than this time frame additional charges will be applied.

Cover ups- previous tattooing microblading

If you have had previously work done by another permanent makeup Artist and need a touch up or correction. You must email clear photos of your eyebrows to lushbeautypalace1@gmail.com. This must be done prior to your appointment. No exceptions. In some cases where previous tattoo is way too saturated, too deep, noticeable scar tissue, discolored or very large. A tattoo removal would be highly encouraged and recommended. Lush Beauty Palace does not offer tattoo or saline removal.

An approval by permanent makeup artist will be required. No exceptions.

LATE ARRIVAL

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment to fill out paperwork. If you are more than 15 minutes late we have the right to cancel appointment and you will in turn lose deposit. In cases where our schedule will align with you arriving late to service a $15 late fee will be added to appointment. No exceptions.

Reschedule

If you need to reschedule appointment, a minimum of 48 hours is required.

If you fail to reschedule within this time frame your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to pay additional deposit to book a new appointment. You are allowed only one reschedule. If it is a consistent occurrence, you will be required to pay additional nonrefundable deposits.

Refunds

Lush Beauty Palace and artists do not offer refunds for any reason at any time.
